Cotleigh Consulting are experienced Principal Designers drawing upon the extensive in-house experience of our Architects and Surveyors in order to support our clients with comprehensive services in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations for any type of development.

Our objective is to manage all aspects of the CDM Regulations throughout the design and construction stages of projects.  We ensure that during the construction process and throughout the life of the building, there is minimum Health & Safety risk for the construction, maintenance, occupiers and eventual demolition teams of the building.

We don’t try to just satisfy the requirements of the CDM Regulations on behalf of our Clients, we also ensure that the completed Health & Safety File is a user friendly, practical and comprehensive document which together with the Operational & Maintenance Manuals  provides maintenance procedures that are safe and efficient.
