A 5 bedroomed newly built family home built on an acre plot of greenbelt land with an existing nursery. A bungalow was on the site previously, which was demolished upon completion of the project.  A number of challenges presented themselves but were overcome with regard to the planning restrictions relating to building on greenbelt land.
