Cotleigh Consulting provided services as Architect and Project Manager for a package of improvement works to the Which Ltd. Headquarters at Castlemead in Hertford, which included an improved contact centre within the production building, a new extension to the office building incorporating a lift and improved disabled access provisions, internal office re-planning and the introduction of new heating, ventilating and cooling equipment. The external appearance of the office building was also substantially enhanced by overcladding the existing blockwork with insulated coloured flat metal panels.
